The system indicates a possible duplicate record when you are registering a new player, coach, or team official.

When you are registering a new player and the system indicates a possible duplicate record.
Compare the details of the player you entered with the information displayed by the system and proceed as follows:
- If the system finds a person with the same name and date of birth, the player has most likely already been registered previously with another club.
- In this case, a player transfer must be start. Select "Start Player Transfer". The player's new club must always start the player transfer.
- The player may already have been registered with your club previously. In this case, search for the player under "People" → "Search".
- If this is not the same person, select "Not a Duplicate" and continue with the registration.
If a person is being registered as a team official or coach and the system indicates a possible duplicate record.
- In this case, the person has already been registered with another club. By requesting the person's details from the club where their representation rights or official registration are currently held, the person can be added to a new club as a team official.
- Select "Request Details" → "Send Request" from the menu.
- If this is not the same person, select "Not a Duplicate" and continue with the registration.
Please note that in these cases the federation will always review the registration before it is approved. Select "Cancel" to return to the home page.
If you receive a notification about a possible duplicate record and the system indicates that a match has been found within your organization (club), the player/official is already registered with your club.
Enter the PalloID number provided by the system into the field on the right and select "Search". You will then be taken directly to the player’s/official’s details, where you can renew their player licence or add/renew their role.
