Adding an Adult Recreational Sport for a Player
This instruction applies to players whose details are already registered with your club. Registration of adult recreational players is free of charge.
(If you logged in using a phone, turn the phone to landscape mode to see additional icons.)
First, search for the player’s details either by name or by PalloID number from the menu “People” → “Search”.

Enter the player’s name or PalloID number and select “Search”.
When the system finds the correct player, select “View” to open the player’s details.

Under the player’s “Registrations”, select “Add new role”.

Select “Continue”.

In step 2, Contracts, select “Continue” (no contracts are required).
In step 3, Documents, select “Continue” (no documents are required).
In step 4, Products, you can select an insurance for the player if they wish to have one.

On the summary page, you will see a recap of what you are about to submit; select “Send to the Football Association of Finland”.

After this, a payment page will appear if an insurance has been selected for the player.
Important notes
The adult recreational sport can only be registered for persons who have reached the age of 18.
For persons under 18, a paid neighborhood pass and corresponding insurance (if the young player does not already have valid insurance) must be registered according to the player’s age.
If the details of a player aged 18 or over cannot be found in your club, your club must request the player’s details (via “People” → “Request person’s details”) from the club where the player last had playing rights. Only after this can the adult recreational registration be completed. Player transfers cannot be carried out for adult recreational sports.
For players under 18, a recreational-level player transfer is initiated instead. (Player transfers cannot be made to a club that is only a recreational club. In this case, the under-18 player’s hobby pass must be renewed with their previous club.)
If a club wishes to register adult recreational players and the sport “Recreational” does not appear during registration, this is because the adult recreational sport has not yet been added to the club’s list of sports. In this case, the club must first request the Finnish FA support services to add the sport option for the club. The easiest way to do this is via the contact form in the support portal.
Adult recreational players do not increase the number of players with playing passes in the club and therefore do not affect the club’s voting rights.
